Our endless liner system creates the best possible safety for your employees (up to OEB 5) and with permanently low operating costs. There is no need for additional protective equipment, which increases the working comfort of your employees.

Easy and safe filter change thanks to Safe-Change

The two filter cassettes can be replaced easily and contaminant-free via the Safe-Change filter housing as soon as their maximum service life has been reached. This means that potentially hazardous dust particles remain safely trapped during replacement. This minimises the risk of air pollution and health hazards for maintenance personnel.

Efficient filter cleaning increases filter service life

The efficient compressed air pulse cleaning unit guarantees quick and thorough cleaning of the filter cassette. This significantly increases the service life of the main filter stage and improves overall cost efficiency compared to the flushing trolley principle. 

We can make OEB 5!

With special sealing systems on the safe-change filter housing and the endless liner disposal unit, we achieve a containment protection class of up to OEB 5 (<1µg/m³). Put your trust in us - we offer you solutions for exactly the protection class you need!

Successfully tested explosion protection for maximum safety

The PCF-1 dry dust collector was comprehensively tested for its explosion protection properties by a recognized, expert testing organization at the beginning of 2025 – with success.

Tested properties at a glance:

  • Pressure shock-resistant filter housing up to 1 bar overpressure – standard version made of painted steel, optionally available in stainless steel
  • Flameless pressure relief via special filter elements
     
  • Suitable for critical applications
    • Fuels with a minimum ignition energy ≥ 1 mJ
    • Dust-air mixtures (organic/metallic) with Kst ≤ 500 bar·m/s
    • Hybrid gas-dust-air mixtures*:
      • organic: K ≤ 600 bar·m/s
      • metallic: K ≤ 500 bar·m/s


*Tested with gases of category IIB

The Keller PCF-1 is designed to meet customer needs

In developing the PCF-1, great importance was placed on maximum flexibility and efficiency. The PCF-1 is available in various materials and external variants and designs.

With top-mounted fan:
This compact design enables dust extraction to be carried out where it is needed most.

With adjacent fan:
This design is suitable where installation height is limited or if increased fan performance is required.

In modular design:
By connecting several dry separators, the dust extraction system can be adapted and expanded as required to suit industrial production conditions (air volume, capacity, installation area, etc.). A centralised disposal unit is also possible.
